I'm just gonna paste my description from Tumblr on here, it's late and I'm tired.
So, what if there was a Spy Fox cartoon series? I kinda wanted to make a mock-up episode title card based on a character’s line in the first game about Spy Fox having to fight a clone of himself once.
I think that would be a really neat episode idea, a bad guy making a clone of Spy Fox and the clone having to fight the original.
Additional note: It was kinda inspired by the title cards on the Secret Squirrel episodes on 2 Stupid Dogs.

I just played the game earlier and got that exact line, when I clicked on Fox. I too always came up with my own ideas for episodes. I had this weird one, about where Professor Quack putting a female voiced computer into the Spy Car, that probably looks like HAL9000, and well quite obviously it falls in love with Spy Fox. xD Also nice art btw!

Spy Fox does mention some deranged evil scientist making a clone of him in "Dry Cereal".

I've done something similar to your idea with a few characters I like, making evil doppelgangers who eventually get killed by the original. My idea someday is to make a FPS/TPS game (when I get good with 3D models) based off of an anthro/furry fanfiction series of mine that takes place in Australia, and have a few Spyfox characters as playable characters with changeable outfits. BTW the 2 Spyfox symbols remind me of hieroglyphics, they would look great carved on the inside of an Incan pyramid or something. I really appreciate the pictures you make of Spyfox.
