Looks like an easy 3-step image made in photoshop. You should put more effort into them, you can make these a lot better if you wanted to.
Pattern filter > Blur > Add color layer
This can be done in less than a minute.

Seems like u need a lot of help with photoshop.
1. Radial gradient in the center, white to blue
2. Filter
3. Radial Blur
4. Curves tool to make the other color versions
5. Crop tool
6. Upload
From 1 to 5 takes about 2 minutes. The upload took more.
Besides... Is just a wall.
