This is nice. A little mysterious and as the title suggest, nostalgic.
I can see this going in one of two directions. The first would be starting with this empty scene, then a child appears playing by his or herself, and as the scene progresses it gradually fills with more people and buildings.
The second scene is pretty much the same only in reverse, ending with just the basketball hoop and the ball.

in sports & as you chose basketball , winning is always glorious
but time had stopped & it seems as not only you won't be winning the game or maybe the goal of your life . . or any particular winning you are aiming for
and the surrounding is deserted , you have your time frozen & just when you thought you were going to score . .
everything disappeared . . .
