I wanted to do this for a while ! Making a character grow is pretty funny. It's also pretty interesting to try telling something by clothes alone. I think you can tell that something pretty bad happened between age 7 and age 11 !Phénice is one of the main character of my comic (in french), "Les Chevaucheurs"

Yeah. I love to take moments to browse through people's gallery, even revisit
faved works to relive the visual moments that I so enjoyed.
Not many users really take a moment to stop to smell the roses, every now and then, sort of speak.
I like to appreciate the artists and their works that I watch whenever I could. It's what makes my online

Très belle progression...et quelle transformation ! A 7 ans elle semble toute souriante et pleine de vie, mais à 11 ans...Elle semble triste, elle a l'air toute maigre, ses vêtements sont en loques. Et le pire, c'est qu'elle a les pieds nus et sales ! Je l'imagine bien mendier pour survivre, devoir se battre, se blessant tout le temps les pieds un peu partout...la pauvre...

Ah I see. I also noticed she wears the same vest top at 18 from the one she wore when she was 14, except now she is... more well endowed and it barely fits her. But I like that her personality is she couldn't care less about baring her body for all to see. Love her character btw, she is awesome.

Well she would be reluctant showing herself totally nude, and she likes when someone says she's pretty, but you're right in the way clothes are most a practical thing. I mean, not by today's internet "practical armor" definition, but in a sense that she usually never had the leisure to care about fashion.

Well, yeah obviously she would be a bit conscious if she were totally naked, who wouldn't? But as long as her extremities are covered then she seems content. Love this characters design, would love to see more art work of her. I like Tild and all, and if she is your preferred character then fair enough, but it would be nice to see a little more Phenice, and yeah she is very pretty

I'm working on a 4th volume for "Les Chevaucheurs" so she will definitely have more screen time in a near future, don't worry about that!

I like that she's mostly barefoot after 11. She should stay that way but also take care of her pretty feet, or let someone else do that for her

Well she's what is called a "rider", someone who rides a mechanical mount by putting her legs in it, so she usually don't wear footwear as it would be inconvenient to put them on and off all the time. I guess she wouldn't mind a little massage once in a while. ^^

She's a knight, isn't she? If she wanted, she could probably afford to get some clothes or underarmour for added protection (although that would lessen the fanservice). I suppose an obvious in-universe answer would be that she just got used to fighting wearing next-to-nothing, right?

That's a little complicated to explain.
She's more a wandering fighter than an established knight, so her income isn't great and she is not really into buyingthings anyway. Plus she doesn't really try to avoid being hit in the first place for some reason related to her past.

Wow. This is absolutely stunning and incredible! I hope Phenice can afford better armor soon.. Knights wear full body for a reason. Although I guess at some point you become so nimble and agile you can dodge anything.. Atleast it works in my video games. xP

either tank everyting with full body armor or block everyting with the gauntlets, anyting inbetween would be impractal (for the most part)

Thank you, glad it made you interested! My comic actually doesn't tell much about the character's childhood (except one particular event) so these illustrations are like a little bonus ^^.
