Hello everyone. We at Clever Entertainment Group would like to announce that the 3D-MO brand will be re-branded as RB-3D. In addition, we've also opened up a new division called RB-3D Forums Ltd who will be in charge of enforcing IP rights on the brand and its logo and giving instructions to third parties on how they can use the brand and logo with their products.

RB-3D is short for "Red & Blue-3D", meaning the product is compatible with any red and blue 3D glasses which is more understandable than the 3D-MO brand.

The brand and logo can be used on products like movies, home videos, video games, books or any other product category that has 3D images.

Unlike the 3D-MO brand which was restricted to Clever products, the RB-3D brand is open to any business or organisations and does not require a licence or a royalty payment to use the brand or the logo.

However, we do require companies or individuals to follow our guidelines to use the RB-3D brand and its logo correctly. Any misuse or incorrect use of our brand and logo we'll ask you to remove or change the use of the brand and/or logo or face legal action.

Here are the guidelines for the use of the brand and logo:
• Tell consumers that RB-3D is compatible with any red and blue 3D glasses when using the logo on packaging or marketing material.
• Include the text "RB-3D and the logo are trademarks of RB-3D Forums Ltd." when the brand or logo is used.
