Thk you. Been a bit slack lately. Very busy trying to finish enclosures for them all. Not easy trying to accommodate the biggest burrowing marsupial in the world! Not to mention one of the most, if not the most stubbornly determined animal that walks this earth.

You may not know that about 1.6 million years ago these guys weighed up to 3 tons , stood 4mtrs in length andΒ wereΒ about 2mtrs high. Β Who would of thought we would be rescuing and caring for 1 of the 3 remaining species left on the planet. Big job a head of us for sure.

One of the species, the Northern Hairy Nose will most be lucky to survive the next 10 yrs with only a small pocket of about 200 left. This number was only possible due to the erection of a predator proof fence. They roam in the Epping State Forest conservation park in Queensland Australia. That leaves the Southern Hairy Nose and the Bare Nosed Wombat left , which are also on the threatened list. Β  Β  Β

Oh I hope that it is nothing serious.Well be proud of all you do for these animals. Β That is really amazing I did not know that about them. I know all you do you do with love and because you acre about them. Let's face it someone has to give a damn. I wish that there were a lot more people like you in this world. Thank you for educating me about this I am always interested in anything that benefits animals
