The 4 big ones you can see are the " Frontal Incisors " the cutting and breaking teeth , next they have the " diastema " and thats just a gum area, then behind that they have Molars which are specifically for chewing. " Now the Diastema the bare gum area is specifically for sucking on mummas " teat ". If they had teeth all the way back, Mumma would NOT be happy!! All marsupials in Australia have this set up. They are VERY strong.
