No DEW pretty crap at night also. Luckily their smell and hearing are immaculate. They can also sense vibrations through the ground.

These guys are the only species of wombat that have a bare nose. There are only 3 remaining species left on the planet. 1 on the point of extinction, this guy and another , the " Southern Hairy Nosed " are threatened. All 3 only found here in Australia.

I feel that way also. Its a tuff world out there for wombats for sure. Unfortunately the one thing we cant do is protect them forever.
