Why thank you, it is "The National Carillon" Stands 50mtrs tall and is used as a musical instrument. It has 55 bronze Bells weighing from 7 kilograms up to 6 tons. it was a gift from the British Government for the 50th anniversary of Australia's National Capital City which is Canberra not Sydney as most people think..
