Description
Pigtown, Baltimore.Dee (holding her 1 week old grandson), her toddler
grandson, and her "gangsta" nephew.
When Dee said "wait right here, I want to show you
something" as she went into the house, the last thing
I expected her to return with was an infant.

This photo reminds me of the sort taken 100 years ago. The un staged aspect, non smiles, but proud people. As if they are saying, "This is the sum of my life, and you will remember us for all time". I love it.
