Small improvement over my last set of emoticons. :IAll files are in .png format, size 19x19. Emoticons themselves are 18x18 with a few exceptions, such as the emoticon with sunglasses, which is 19x18.
If you want to use these on your website / forum / toilet paper, you don't need permission.
The blanco emoticon is there so you can add your own faces to them if you want.
Oh and for my watchers waiting for new icons, I really don't know when new ones are coming. D:

Absolutely great, why don't try to sell them to some web messanging software (gtalk, msn, ...)
they are better than what they have with their software.

Because it's just a hobby of mine and I think it's silly to get people to pay for something as small as emoticons.
Plus if I asked money for it, less people would get to use them.
