I was originally not going to use Mephelissa but I when I finished drawing the creature I wanted, I didn't know where to get that mouth because the mouth was one big part of the character ^^

Yup, the only difference about this though is that the one I saw in my nightmare had dark, pale, grey skin, the white of her eyes where a dirty, mustard yellow color and her eyes were a mix of blood color eyes and deep emerald green, her smile was literally ear to ear, with her teeth having blood on them. *shudder*
