Lenchen is honest and loyal with his peers to the best of his ability, always striving to meet problems and requests with diplomacy, careful thought and efficiency. He is a friendly soul who often seeks out those who seem to be in need of companionship, in order to befriend them and form bonds. At work, he is agreeable and open to criticism, but sometimes has trouble going outside the box from his comfort zone (he's a whiz with marzipan and prides himself on just that).
However, Lenchen can come off as ambivalent in his efforts to please all sides, and can sometimes be caught in white lies in his attempts to do so. Often caught in contradictions, he'll come clean rather easily and isn't one to be stubborn. Additionally, he's bad with his money, and tends to over-indulge in little things that add up when it comes time to pay bills. On a starting salary at Dulcet Laeta, he's overzealous in his spending and has a bit of debt racked up.

EARL OF KRAUS
Lenchen adopted a persona he dubbed the 'Earl of Kraus' at a very young age in order to overcome his childhood shyness. If he faces a strong bout of anxiety, or whenever royalty, conquering, or a specific laugh become a topic of conversation, Lenchen will be triggered into becoming the Earl of Kraus. As the Earl, he is loud, opinionated and nearly tyrant-like. He speaks pompously and will often try to knock over and land a heel on others in order to 'conquer' them.

It is unknown yet if there is any keyword or action that will snap him back to normal without fail. He often snaps out of it on his own with some methods he learned in therapy.

: history :
Raised by a loving aunt and uncle, Lenchen grew up in a rather large home on the outskirts of tanim by the beach.

Growing up, Lenchen was a rather timid child. He had trouble making friends even from a small age. Depression befell him even when he was young, growing up lonely despite the aid his caretakers and teachers tried to offer him in order to form bonds.

Too shy and avoidant to hold onto any solid relationships, Lenchen took to immersing himself in fairy tales and fantasy novels. The appeal of the ever-loved royalty that showed themselves to him as he read, enchanted a younger Lenchen through elementary school. It wasn't before long that he invented a persona for himself from snippets of all of his favorite characters. Dubbing himself the Earl of Kraus, Lenchen used his persona to open up more through the end of his schooling. It worked for him in a strange way; those intrigued by his persona would stick around, finding him amusing. He was able to make a few friends this way, even with the inner anxieties of relying on the Earl of Kraus as a crutch weighing heavy on his shoulders.

By the time he reached college, Lenchen had improved enough, and, looking back on his old habits as the Earl of Kraus, embarrassed himself enough to put away the persona for good. However, with so many years as the 'Earl' on his belt, young Lenchen found himself feeling muddled, unsure of where the Earl ended and he began. Mentions of conquering, royalty and the like would often bring his persona back in uncontrollable fits. Aware of his personality issues, he began seeing a therapist to bring things into order, but so far his visits haven't yielded much in the way of results.

Striving to become a pastry chef specializing in marzipan, Lenchen worked to graduation and took an apprenticeship at a Tanimian bread shop. Little did he know, the master had connections to the factory, and, seeing Lenchen's proficiency at his trade, persuaded a Dulcet Laeta hiring agent to pay him a visit.

Lenchen now works at the factory as a concoctionist, hoping to learn valuable skills. He doesn't plan to stay at the factory for long, still hanging onto his dream of opening his own bakery.

Not really a power but-- always smells faintly of apricot.

: skills and strengths :
- Very precise hands - able to make small formations and sculptures out of any malleable candy, including but not limited to: marzipan, sugar, moulding chocolate.
- Consistent in his baking and candymaking - it's very rare that he churns out a bad batch.

: weaknesses :
- Creativity lower than that of his peers when it comes to other methods of candymaking
- Strong suit is subtle, sweet flavors - rarely ever makes stronger candies (i.e sour, bitter)
