Ban looks at the new recruit with big bright eyes, a grin on her face. After her last crew --COUGH-- quit --COUGH--, she was looking for a new set of fresh hands to take to sea. She had a ship that needed tending, and deck hands to hoist the sails. 
"You're here for adventure, are ya?" 
Without a second to say no, the sweet tosses a yellow bandanna at the girl. There's no choice, you're in now.

"Welcome to the crew!" Ban grins wider. "Let me show you my vessel!"

She pulls you to the docks to show you her ship, a mighty caravel styled ship. Her flag has a sugar skull and two bananas as the bones.

"Are you ready... TO SAIL THE SEAS IN SEARCH OF TREASURE?"

Iris looks at Ban sparkly eyed and with a wide smile. She nods
and ties the bandanna up in her hair, making a small bow in the
front of her head. (like this s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/7… )
She looks at Ban, full of determination "I am ready Captian!"

"Now that you're a part of the crew, there are some things you should know." She crosses her arms across her chest. 

"There is danger involved. And I can't pay you up front. But you are promised a mighty portion of any treasure we find together." Bans eyes light up with a thought. "Ah... and there's an option for you! Since you are my first crewman... How'd you like to be... First Mate, aye? Unless you think you got skills to be put somewhere else..." She raises an eyebrow curiously.

((FYI! I'll be making a picture, and adding to it as I go, as I'm picking up peeps c; You're officially a Sweet Sea Pirate! ((Ban calls themselves the Sweet Sea Pirates XD Nows just pickin your job while you're on board c; as the first, first mate is up! But you can be whatever~

BonBon smiled and gasped "Me-e as first mate??! I would be flattered." she smiled
'but I don't know if I'm not initially qualified for firstmate...I just know how to make clothing.."she kinda frowned

Ban leans in, holding her shoulders as though in a huddle. She grins. "Because you were first!"

BonBon smiled and nodded her head "then I shall become First Mate!!" She said smiling " and as duty of my first mate I shall try my best to get us more crew!" She proclaimed
