David and Nina were the perfect couple. They were madly in love and spent all their time together. Everything was absolutely perfect.

That could not be said about Nina's sister Mary. Ever since her sister met David she rarely spent time with her. And to add insult to injury everyone bugged her why she was still single and that she should find a boyfriend like David.

Mary was so fed up that she decided to act, but not in the way everyone was her expecting to. She used an old spellbook from their family's heirloom to change David into a pair of shoes. She was so angry she even made sure he would keep all his senses and, of course turned him into sport shoes, so he would suffer even more.

Then she gifted the shoes to Nina. Her feet were way smellier than hers or anyone else she knew. Besides everyone thought they should stay together forever anyway.

Then with one final spell she erased all of David's existence from everyone's mind, including herself. She wanted to make sure she never grew soft on him or felt any kind of regret.

Afterwards everything was perfect for Mary: She and her sister were closer than ever before and they even dated some guys together, although both weren't looking for something serious at the moment.

Now Mary only envied Nina in one matter: Her perfect and really comfy shoes, that she almost wore daily...
