Can't help but think of an Marvel storyline where this somehow backfires and Tony has to make up for it... almost standard in their stories...

It is a really nicely done design. It also raises the question of some of the tech used in comics: some police groups/military armies have access to a large array of high-tech weaponary... but only few ever use them....
