He wasn't named inappropriately for nothing, Dick is one of the most evil villains in Powerpuff Girls history. it's a wonder why he was friends with Utonium anyway, he was like Drake Parker from "Drake & Josh". This time he'll die in human form, to make it more convincing.

TS (in the form of Professor Utonium) straps Dick to a chair, and presents him multible chemicals (a-z). He then mixes them up in a silver bath tub. While stirring he said "You think chemical X is powerful, Dick? well, i'll givew ou the power of chemicals A to Z". Dick is then released from the chair and bathes in the silver tub. He expected to become powerful, but instead he starts coughing out blood. He then relizes the possibility that he was trricked into bathing in toxic chemical. He climbs out and tries to find a way to clean the chemicals off. He looked and he looked but couldn't find anything. Until he sees a chemical shower. He atempts to wash himself, but this shower will be his last. When he turned it on, he learned the hard way that it showers acid. TS walks by and says "What a mess he was".
