Another commission, this is made of pink insulation foam, wood, craft foam, pvc, and styrene. The handle is detachable and it's about four feet long minus handle, but only weighs about three pounds and can be easily wielded with one hand.Looking for props? I do commissions!

Actually this is the Fusion Sword.
The Buster Sword has a similar shape but is only one sword.Β This is more of a multi-sword combination.

Wow this is incredible! I like your idea with the foam. If I tried to do this out of wood, no one would be able to handle it. XD Β I do props also, and I am amazed by this.

Quick question though. What do you use to seal your foam?

Thanks! Actually I just put several layers of gesso on it then gave itΒ afinal sand before painting. I'm still developing to see what sealant I like best. Sadly when I gesso and then use oil-based polyurethane, it tends to get bubbles when it gets hot, like when left in a car. Resin is too big a pain since it drips and can add a lot of weight. I have a foam sealant I got from renolds.com, but I'm still getting to know it.
