Where do you get liquid plastic and how in earth do you use it???

If you're on the west coast you can buy it at reynoldsam.com or if you're on the east coast you can get it at smooth-on.com
its a pretty simple product, you mix two liquids together and in a few minutes they become a solid. I use smooth-on 300q
