Description

I absolutely adore these tear shaped rove beetles, despite them being a major pain to shoot. But they are so beautiful, they need to be shown to the world. They are found mostly in forests under rocks or wood or simply amongst plant litter.

This on in particular is Sepedophilus testaceus and this species has the most peculiar color combination with this mixture of gray and purplish red and orange highlights.
