i saw most of the mistakes were with the decepticons seekers , like coloring starscream into thundercracker or skywarp by mistake or vice versa and coloring optimus prime's back into white instead of red

I've notice voice errors too. The wrong voice from the wrong character or someone saying someone else line. It is kinda funny.

In the Marvel comics, the Autobots painted Skywarp to look like Starscream in order to trick Galvatron who time-traveled back to 1986.
But the outcome wasn't pretty, at least for Warpy.
