First Random Robot Master on the list, I present you: CryptMan'sLongLostVengefulBrother/Cousin Man.

V. Man (a.k.a Fawkes Man) is a shadowy robot master who was built by an unknown person to terrorise his robot opressors and rule a human-free nation. Known for turning generic robots into his goons, he uses this tactic to run out all humans, and slaughter robots in his way. He shoots homing plasma energy known as the V. Wipe (or Fawkes Wipe) to change his opponent's face into a v. mask and corrupt their minds to transform them into his goons that would do the same; thus spreading chaos. This guy is considered a hoax since there were no recorded sightings of him.
