isn't the ability to change on a whim the whole point?
though i'm already someone who wears his emotions on his sleeves (on his face, in his voice with his words.. and rarely but when the situation requires it with his fists) 
i wonder though, how helpful it would be to suddenly turn red .. or spotty .. spontaneously drawing tatoos on the skin .. it's an interesting idea for sureΒ

I would use it all the time. Probably it would be tricky, because you couldn't always control it. Like when you got startled, or if you're embarassed and your face turns red. But you could disappear easily enough!
