I love the combination of nature and the fog/smog floating just over the city. The lights reflecting on the clouds give a very nice feel to the overall shot. If I were to change anything it would probably to raise your ISO a bit, probably around 600-800. It will help a small amount with the granieness that happens in low light. Also, if you don't mind some motion blur from the cars, and you have a tripod handy, I would say put this on a 2-3 second exposure. It will bring out a lot more light and detail as well as define the trees more.
Overall an excellent shot!

Great city view you've captured here. Must be quite interesting to sit and watching things happening from the balcony.
