The RUG (Reality User Guide) is a really good place to start for help with Reality - materials and lighting are what separates good images from great images Paolo does offer a video course as well called Make Your Own Reality which is also very useful. Dreamlight is my favourite for lighting resources though, as he goes into tremendous detail about lighting for different scenarios and different setups.
