i made this tutorial because some deviant asked me how i did my background on my drawing!
it's easy as possible!
if you have some question about this tutorial! i could tell your more about how i drew them, so ask me!
Now you know how to do easy texture so you can make your own and tell me if you try it! i would love to see how it turn!

Is the dithering done by hand or is there a setting to get the effect?

Though what animation program did you use. I have Unfreeze and it doesn't seem to work.

i got the cs3! on the top bar there is "window" and on window you can unhide the animation tool to use it on clicking on "animation"
