Description
This was taken in Auckland, New Zealand. Although the treehouse from my childhood was not so well-built nor in such a huge tree, it was still pretty awesome to me and my friends. My dad built it for us one day because he had random wood lying around and I guess he thought it would be cool. And it was indeed one of the best things a child could have. We spied on neighbors from it, had picnics in it, watched the stars and UFOs from it, hid from relatives in it (you know the ones you don't want to see/talk to you), and more. It's sad that the tree had to be cut down due to its frequent shedding of leaves that my parents were getting tired of sweeping. We had painted on it "OOF" which stood for "Only Our Friends".If you're wondering why I just went on and on about these childhood memories, it's because of the contest at
EDIT: I WON!

Yup, that tree is huge. Did you manage to spot the dolphin? It's created by the tree and the sky

That... is an epic tree! ^_^ I always wanted a treehouse... never got it, but that's the tree I would want it in. :: grins ::
I like the lighting on this tree, along with the angel. Very nice. (As you can see I don;t normally respond to photographs. Sorry is it's a bit... sucky. XD;;

Maybe one day you'll have kids and you can build one for them! And then you'll hog it all to yourself
Lol, you typed "along with the angel". I spent a good number of minutes trying to find an angel...and then I realized you meant angle

On the second note... :: face palm :: Sorry... sorry... :: chuckles :: My bad.
On the third note: Not sure if Japanese kids have tree forts... and if they don't... my kids will be the first! Mwa hahahaha

Yay! My parents are Taiwanese, so it's not too far off for us Asians to have tree forts

I actually met him in yahoo chat. He was roleplaying Kureno and I, Akito from fruits basket. :: chuckles :: Been friends for 7 years... but I was with someone at the time. 2 years after my break up, we both finally had the nerve to tell the other we thought about the other as more then just nisan/nesan... :: chuckles :: So, now we are both trying our best to save up money to see and be with the other.
I know... crazy in this day and age, but webcam and skype helps with things. At least he looks like his pictures. XD

lol, I can't imagine rping Akito to Kureno. I feel like I'd have to act cruel and selfish (and somewhat murderous), haha. But yeah, that's a sweet story ^_^ I wish the best to the both of you

:: laughs :: Funny you say that. Aki left Gure for Kureno... got scared and stabbed him in the back with a letter opener. Now he's in Hatori's office recovering, Aki's apologetic, Kureno's forgiving and loving, and (I also play the good old doctor) Hatori keeps watching her hands for more instruments of mass destruction. XD
Thank you very much. With your new found life as well!
