Yay it's the fan favourite from Rainbow Roadtrip: Kerfuffle!

Made out of (embroidered) minky fabric, super soft faux rabbit fur for her vest, and stiffened felt + beads for her 'pins'.
She stands firmly on 3 legs, allowing her prosthetic leg to have some movement!
