Wow, I really like it! The expression is strong, the vivid read emphasizes all the energy and strength I can only suppose, as I don't know you ;3
One question- what do the empty eyes mean? Of course they look gorgeous the way they are. I guess celestial beings have eyes like these.

I left the eyes empty for two reasons. first, its a self portrait and my most complimented feature (when I am clothed) are my eyes. I have HIV, and have had it for seven years (no worries. my health is great)hence the title and the use of bold red, as well as the undead reference. I wanted to display all of my parts that have made me who I love to be, but are disturbing, demeaning, depressing. second, the eyes were left white to emphasize the idea of perspective.

Interesting! Thank you that you shared so much personal information with me. Now I can read your portrait and your other works differently. In my opinion, any organic life is uncomfortable and depressing, as painful and limited by nature (for example).
I also really like the idea that you love yourself. People don't trust in themselves too often. I wish I could be a bit more like you : D
