This is Kaho Hizuki, love interest of the main character, Ken Suzumoto.

Kaho is one of the core members of the clique, having known Ken and Teru for their entire lives. Kaho is extremely beautiful, kind and compassionate, and she is also quite intelligent. However, despite her outward appearance, she harbors a dangerous power within her body.

Kaho is the strongest fighter of the group (though Reika would argue this point and put herself in that position). The power inside of Kaho is the essence of an ancient demon known as "The Red Beast", though due to having learned to control its destructive nature, she has dubbed herself "The Scarlet Beauty". Like all great things, there is a drawback to her ability; should she ever exert herself past her limit, there is a high chance the demon could take over. If this happens, she will die. This power, coupled with her unnatural fighting prowess, sharp mind and extensive knowledge of other martial arts, Kaho is on a level all her own.
