Hehe, I have to say that I like this drawing, It just looks goo to me.Well this is a somewhat chibified version of one of OC's, Ziggy. (I'll be submitting a normal ref eventually.) Heh, he leiks drawing shtuff on walls..............
Meh straitjackets are cool. I think I did fairly well on this, so I want some constructive critique. :3

Sure thing.
Well, it's pretty raw and there are alot major flaws. But on the other hand, it just could be your way to draw. I assume it would simply help to work a bit slower next time, maybe a bit more accurate, with the chains and with the cloth, just everything. You have to decide if you want to have a toon or more a realistic style.

I know, The chain didn't work out too well, neither did the cloth. I wanted to make it look a little less cartoony, but it didn't quite work out.
What exactly would be said major flaws?

See, here's the part where I don't know if it's your style or not... the arms doesn't fit the body and the body all in all is to small for the giant heat/heat if too big, the legs are to short and the feet look odd too (but I don't know the creature which hangs there). But I think the biggest problem is the accuracy.
And I'm wondering what the thing in the background it.

Oh.........OH! I get what you're getting at! Yasee, I don't normally draw him like that, this was meant to be a somewhat chibish design. All of that was intentional. Unfortunately for me, this was my first time trying to attempt chibi.
I know the feet look horrible, but I messed up on the inking and didn't want to use the white-out.
The background is basically a bunch of drawings. It's supposed to be a white room with drawings all over the walls.
