I did consider drawing water on him, but I'm still trying to figure out how to draw wet anthros. I just gotta study pics of animated animals and such all wet, and see which style would best suit my own. Do you have any suggestions?

Actually I'm still trying to figure that out myself. I think colors have something to do with it to give their bodies the shine that makes them look wet. Or just draw drip lines (if that's what they're called) like here:

You mean in real life? I think it'd be impractical for daily wear. They seem like something to be worn on special occasions.
I might just look up animated movies where animal/anthro characters get wet and see how they look. I know they get wet in Jungle Book, Lion King... heck, Beast (from Beauty and the Beast) had a bath scene, I could study that too! Then again, the Rovers themselves got wet too, so I can take a look at those as well.
