Description
There are many things a superhero must protect, among which are their secret identities. Sadly, Striker's identity was discovered during his very first encounter with the literal cat-burglar, Bedlamite (and this may have happened on Striker's very first night as a superhero).I haven't quite figured out yet how Bedlamite managed to overpower Striker, although I'm leaning towards her carrying a secret pen that shoots a kind of knock-out gas.
After restraining the superhero's arms and legs with secure cuffs, the Russian Blue cat proceeded to cover the German Shepherd's mouth... before uncovering his entire face. Although she did not immediately recognize the canine, the devious feline had a plan.
When Striker came to, he realized too late that his picture was being taken - with Bedlamite herself playfully posing beside him. (Nobody else was around; she simply put her phone's camera on a timer.) The canine tried desperately to wriggle away, but the feline kept a firm hold on him, forcing him to remain in place as multiple pictures of him in this humiliating position were taken.
Once Bedlamite was satisfied, she retrieved her phone and saved the photos, while explaining to the still-bound superhero that from now on, he was going to turn a blind eye to any and all of her doing's, otherwise she'll release these photos to the internet for all to see.
Horrified, Striker realized he had no choice: not only would people (civilian, superhero and supervillain alike) seeing him in this embarrassing position, but people would soon realize who exactly he was, and then he family would not be safe... and possibly disgraced for having such a failure of a superhero as a relative. His parents and grandparents would be ashamed of him, and his less kind relatives would undoubtedly mock him. What's more, no other superhero or supervillain would take him seriously. Striker's career would be over before it even started.
And so, with great reluctance, the humiliated German Shepherd nodded his agreement to Bedlamite's terms. The supervillainess then went on her merry way, leaving Striker alone on the rooftop to get himself out of his binds.
Fun fact: This was another drawing inspired by Ai, only this time, I was inspired by several different pics. I simply took the best of each and made what you see here. x3
