I Figured This Better Applies To Oswald.

However....Even Though Oswald Is BACK With Disney, He Is Still Less Popular Than Mickey Mouse.
So, I Figured He And Mickey Have a Relationship On Parr With "Bugs Bunny And Daffy Duck" (Ironicly, It's The RABBIT Who get The Short End Of The Stick!!)
