Lucene Region Starters.I came up with the name Lucene as a somewhat modified name of a large city in the Philipenes, since the map I drew of my region is very much all island and peninsula.
These are the staerters, as you may know from my recent deviations.
Once I finish coloring on the final forms, I will be making a full promo shot of all 9 pokemon.
(Because I want to feel o' so original)
