Description
Juvenile Coluber constrictor priapus - Southern black racer.I flipped this little guy last month under some large roofing shingles. After a few more sheds, what pattern he has left will be gone.

Nice, I think they have very pretty heads, I just put two photos up of this mornings little house snake. I hear the YBR's are not very common in my area.

They're there, but you're right, they're not incredibly common. They're much more common farther south, then they get really common again up in central Oregon again.
