Description
I named this Self Control because, as you can see, she is making herself disappear.Thank you for Daily Deviation #4!
Let me explain to all those here today who don't know my work... My style is half photo manipulation, half painting. The final output is meant to look like the subject in the original image. In this case, this was a commissioned piece given to me by a photographer meant to be a portfolio piece for the model.

Yes,it would be if it was,but it's not a guess.You may not believe me now,but eventually you will reach a point to consider things a little more deeply than just guessing them.When you reach it,truthfully, it won't be any longer a problem for you to understand why simple things like independence look appealing.

This is beautiful. I love the contrasting color

I think it seems that those of us today who are dependent on other elements around us, to get through our days, are indulged in those elements to the point where those who aren't...are almost fascinating in a way because they still manage to get by so easily.
I for one seem to get by on my own, so I am the opposite...I wish to have more elements towards what gets me through the days

As usual I think your work is wonderful. I only have one tiny point of critique and that's that her waist looks a little unnatural but she does look ultra feminine!

As a general rule, man is a covetous animal. People want what they don't have, regardless of whether it better suits them, or not.
We're just stupid like that. XD
On an unrelated note, nice work with the pink in this one. It worked out quite well. Doesn't seem to like me so much as a color, but it's always nice to see someone else who can make it work!
