One of my more obscure concepts. I didn't expect to get it done but on my latest photo shoot, I told the model about it and she loved the idea, so here we are.As for the concept: this figure has two locks on her body, one like a chastity belt and the other over her heart. She has one key in her hand as if she is asking the viewer, if you had to choose, what part of me would you embrace?
I believe these are two areas where people put up defenses (in relationships especially) and if you ask me I'd go for the top lock every time. ...and when you think about it, that unlocks everything.

Another way of looking at it is that there is only one key for all locks. You can't open her body without opening her heart, and you can't open her heart without opening the passion of her body. These two are not separate.
Maybe not what was intended, but sometime the unintended messages are the most true.

methinks the concept would come across visually more if she was presenting the viewer with 2 different shaped keys and had 2 different shaped locks. this key could open both i think, perhaps one before the other...

Impressive concept, I rarely see something of this depth. Top lock, for certain, even if it unlocks nothing else.

For a silly twist... you might want to redo the key.
Make it made of ice, perhaps reinforced with something. The point is to make it out of something only viable for single use. What stops me from taking the key out of the first lock it's been used and then unlock the other lock?
Totally fond to the idea, otherwise.

Wow, I'm really getting aroused to improve my painting skills just to get something like this done so bad when I'm browsing your gallery. Painting persons aren't REALLY my thing because I'm not that good at painting, more like... making homepage layouts. However I'm really curious how you made that background though... seems that you're using the "smoke-effekt" "Wave-Fade"-procedure... Not sure though... Good job!
