"And this is Raze. Yeah, he's a symbiote, my symbiote. Ever since the King in Black, aka Knull, showed up on Earth and was defeated, a lot of symbiotes took refuge on Earth. Unfortunately, not a lot of people like the symbiotes. Which is not hard to imagine since a symbiotes like Venom and Carenage - mostly Carnage - have painted all symbiotes with the same evil paint brush."

"Yes, that devil has caused us much grief. I severed my connection to the hive during the invasion to prevent the power I possessed from going back to Knull, for I possessed a part of the former King in Black's power, the power of destruction. We found Jason, and merged with him."

"Thanks to Raze I was able to survive that whole nightmare and help prevent him from getting combined with Knull. However, after the whole thing, I found out that there were others who were merged with symbiotes, but they weren't evil. But like I said, other people don't like the merged. I saw them getting hunted and destroyed, so I decided to change that image."

"We became a hero."

"I chose how we would look, people love Spider-Man, despite what that blowhard says about 'em, but I also wanted to pay homage to the new King in Black, so I threw in some Venom. And after that, you know how the story goes. I saved some people, fought against evil aliens."

"We got hit with a drone."

"That's on you, Raze."

"Tch, beg to differ."

"Anyway, we'll fight to protect the merged."

"We'll fight to prevent the darkness from rising again."

Transmutation & Destruction
Raze has a unique power that allows him to destroy almost anything at the atomic level. However, Raze's power isn't only destruction. When merged with a host, the host can utilize Raze's power to take it a bit further. He can manipulate those atoms and transform them into different objects that the host can imagine. This includes inorganic matter, liquids, gases, and to a degree organic matter
Tactile Atomic Analyzation
Raze can analyze the atomic structure of anything it touches or whatever his host touches, this allows Raze to create a mental data bank of different things so when its host needs to make something specific, Raze can remember it and feed the information into its host. This does include anything that floats in the air, so gases and liquids, and, again, to some degree, organic matter.
Beast Mode
Jason had Raze model their form after Spider-Man and Venom, but when they're in serious danger, Raze will forgo that form and turn into something monstrous, growing twice his size, with big claws, a long tongue, and rows of sharp teeth.

Charge Build Up
Raze cannot use his powers in an unlimited fashion. Raze needs to build up a charge in order to affect something, the amount of energy needed depends on how big of an object they want to destroy or transmute. Small objects don't need that much energy to breakdown or create, but for bigger things Raze a few minutes to build up the energy necessary. Thankfully when Jason is going about his day his energy continuously builds up.
