Waking up in Paris, France Sunrise on an early December morning 2001.It was shot on slide and badly process due to a lack of chemical. It could only be restore with the advent of digital technology.

I flew out there in January... hmmmm... I'm actually going to visit my girlfriend in Boston this coming Thursday. Β Maybe Sunday before work I'll go for that swim. Β I'll have a croissant, one of those breads with the chocolate rolled in the middle, the coffee (but American style... 2 oz is not enough for me... LOL) and some Nutella on the side. Β We'll meet by the lion at the square near the Catacombs. Β They were closed when I was there but we'll break in and take pictures until the cops show up. Β

Great! I never been to the Catacombs. All my friends have moved out of Paris except one who will soon move somewhere in Provence, so better go down soon. Meanwhile, I have one coming over for three months, Dec.-Feb I usually take her house and her dog in Burgundy while she stays here with my wife. Crazy... she loves our winter!

To some, that would be a fair trade. Β LOL Β I'm planning on getting back out that way in 2015. Β I want to walk the Camino de Santiago and part of me is saying, "Start at Notre Dame!!" Β Maybe it'll start in Boston. Β LOL Β But hey, to each their own with the winters here. Β I love them only when it's nice and there's snow on the mountain so I can hit the slopes for a day. Β Besides that... and maybe the outdoor ice skating... I could do with out. Β How is Burgundy that time of year?
