I would prefer if her eyes had stayed looking at me instead of everywhere else. But other than that, this is amazing!

To give a hint on what level my critique only can be: I think her eyes does give me a tiny uncanny valley, because she moves them without really looking. They should synchronise with the movement of her head.
More obvious is the glowing circle behind her right forearm. The upper and lower curves show that the right side should be behind the staff, except the whole circle doesn't rotate around the staff at all.
Did I mention that I think this is an incredible piece of art? No? Well, I thought this is obvious.
