Edit: anyways, Shes a skeleton..........She was a human from the surface but someone killed her...know one knew who, Her father that was a scientist ( *Cough* told you this is a mary sue) couldn’t accept her death so he tried his best knowing how to bring Fano back.
He knew that skeletons are the only case, since skeletons and humans mostly are alike (Just a lil theory of mine)

Fano is now alive blah blah blah, the humans cant accept fano being on the surface so they threw her in the hole of mount. Ebott. So yeah...
