Great job! Just out of curiosity, what focal length did you use for this shot...? I'm trying to stick with 200mm for handheld on a 1.6x FOV body...

the settings were olympus E-1 (2xFOV) 1/100s f/4.5 ISO800 ZD50-200@96mm (35mm eq:192mm)
I'm just able to handheld 1/80 @ 200mm (eq:400) [link] but it took quite a bit practice.

Awesome! I was at a graduation ceremony a few weeks ago - the lighting was really poor (indoors) so I ended up having to handhold at speeds 1/80~1/125. But, I also pushed the limits of the EOS400D at ISO1600, so I definitely gained a few stops at the expense of noise... I'm finding that it really helps to have good glass though, I used the luxury series f/2.8 Canon lens (non-IS) the whole time!
Your work is very impressive!!! Thanks for the info, I'll definitely keep practicing with more challenging scenarios!
