A quick sketch for Pride month! <3
I really wanted to draw something for pride month to show my support for the LGBTQ+ community and didn't really know how to go about it so I thought a simple drawing would hopefully be enough to show my support. For someone who is Christian and doesn't have a specific sexual preference as I believe in loving the personality not the gender, I feel as though it is important to normalise everyone's sexuality. Genuinely I'm ready to live in a time where people stop hating on others for what their preferences are and how they choose to live their lives and with who, because at the end of the day, it's no one else's business but the person involved. I'm hoping for a world where people don't feel the need to "come out" or have to hide and just settle for the "normal" society has built. Everyone deserves equal rights.
For everyone who is struggling with the sexuality and feels as though they're trapped, remember you are you, you have no reason to hide and feel ashamed. Whether you're gay, bi, straight or transgender etc. you're beautiful and the more you take pride in who you are, the happier you'll be because life gets better, as long as you fight for it.
