Now there is something you don't see everyday...A GIANT snake with a BIG gun on his tail....
This is Rattlesnake Jake from the upcoming movie "Rango"

lol, the moment he came onscreen i fell in love with his character. his voice and eyes where the coolest parts (not to mention the gun on his tail)

Ah, yes! One of the most memorable and intimidating villains in recent animation history! Everything about him screams the term "badass!" I really do love snakes, and big guns, and bad-asses with a sense of honor, and Jake is all of that in one character. Plus, his eyes were beautifully scary!
Plus it helps as my name is also Jake!
I also love how he's just as intimidating and respected by the end of the film as he was upon his first appearance. Though he turns out to be more of an "anti-hero," I'm quite pleased that he was no less wonderful in his outro (which was both awesome and scary, dragging away the treacherous mayor like that) as he was when he talked down Rango.

Yes, and one that hails from a CGI one at that! About time, Iβd say; puts a nail on the coffin for the whole βTraditional vs. Computer Animationβ squabble that has been raging on since the start of the 2000βs. I see neither as the superior form, but rather live by a certain rule to criticize the execution of an idea or form, not the concept.
Also, fellow Deviant, I would like to invite you to my gallery, particularly to have a look at a literary personal project of mine concerning the videogame character Sonic the Hedgehog. It is a large-scale project to create a βfan-novelβ that retells the story from Sonic Adventure 2 in a novel-esque format. It features improvements to elements of the story and I use certain back-story elements and a few characters mostly from the Archie Comic Sonic series (only two from the comics, Snively and Nate Morgan, neither who appear yet). I have completed the Prologue and half of Chapter One thus far, and they are all under a folder in my gallery.
