Description
During the creation of this piece I found myself alone in the darkness of our second abode (an early nineteenth century cottage) - which we believe could be haunted. I was working on the scarecrow in silence and I became aware of a rapping on the window behind me, to which I turned around to find nothing there. The noise persisted and upon further inspection of the window I couldn't see anything that could be causing it. I sat down again to continue the drawing and when I heard the noise for the third time I left everything where it was and bolted upstairs to bed.Whether I was being watched or not, this piece is dedicated to all the watchers everywhere in every shape and form!

Fascinating story to add to the dimension of the piece. Has a sort of POEtic style to it all like the story of The Tell-Tale Heart...

Haha unfortunately I am not blessed with Poe's linguistic talents, but thank you!

Wow! Your style is amazing! You put so much detail into this picture, especially the folds in the clothing. Interesting story with it, too.
