Midna, from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.I am totally lovin' this game. And Midna has now earned a place as my second favorite Zelda character. (First favorite being Link, of course.) She's such a cuuute little shadow/twilight imp thing x3 With an attitude too xD I love the way she bosses Link around and rides on his back when he's a wolf...
I was gonna add chibi Wolf Link in this picture, but I couldn't get him to look right Dx I'll draw him separately sometime...
And once again I was too lazy to do real lineart, so I cleaned up the sketch a little bit and called it good xD

nice job on that. I really like it. I just have one question, i thought that midna just had orange hair, not blue orange and black. Are there 2 vertions of the game or something?

I know at times during the game her hair changes colors and turns orange and bright green/blue... I can't find any screenshots at the moment, but you can see it in a few other fanarts: [link] [link]
(Perhaps it does that while using some sort of attack or something..? I haven't played the game in a while, so I'm a little fuzzy on the details....)
And as for the black... I drew this so long ago that I honestly can't remember if I got that from some piece of official artwork, or if I just made it up or something... xD;;

What coloring program do you use becuase Im getting one and I would LOVE to use the one you use.

I use Adobe Photoshop CS2. It's kinda pricy, but it has so many amazing features and it works great. And it's easy to use too, once you get the hang of it.

I haven't had any experience with that program, so I can't say for sure, but I have heard that the Corel software series is really good. I think CorelDraw is a vector-based program, so it's going to be different from most of the bitmap-based programs like Photoshop or Gimp, but a lot of professionals use the Corel softwares. :3

Yeeah.. that's one of the main differences between vector programs (CorelDraw) and bitmap programs (Photoshop). With CorelDraw, you have to create a fill shape and use the paint bucket to fill it with a color. It's... kind of hard to explain.... you might want to see if there's any CorelDraw tutorials here on deviantART that would help you. :3

Yeah, I think she's one of those characters that you either love from the beginning or become attached to later on. :3 She is a very well-developed; I admire the Zelda staff for coming up with such a great new character.
