ITS A BOY!I am aware that some of you wanted a girl,but honestly when it comes to female characters..i just cant make them,
i used to make them,but these days like 90% of my least favourite characters are female,so its just better this way,trust me.

I didn't say females were bad,i just can't create female characters.
I'm a woman myself,but my past experience with female oc's just hasn't been that good.
But i'm actually planning a female oc at the moment,now that i have the confidence that i actually CAN make one.
I just want to make it clear that i have nothing against women,over 98% of my friends are women and like i said i am
one myself,so please don't jump to these kinds of conclusions.

But is there any possible way for monsters to find out stuff about their unborn child? like some personality, their gender?

Nothing can be said for sure.
The parents can speculate on things like looks/personalities/powers and such when you think about which parent gave more of themselves for the baby.
For example Tempus is energetic,optimistic(adorable)and his magic's color is similar to that of Papyrus' since he is more like him,
so far the only things from the dad are some details to his looks.
But certain monster types can tell things for certain,or if they happen to have much stronger magical abilities than other monster.
Perhaps if there were more monsters that have children using the soul method they would know more,but skeletons and ghosts are some of the rarest monsters around.
And Temmies..well,their Temmies.

True about the temmies. but it is also stated that monster birth is similar to human's. and the one that gives the ahem..right part to the mother to be, then shouldn't Tempus have some of the father's traits.
*Pulls Sans to me*Sans, if what people say are true, there might be a way to find the father. A child poses both traits from BOTH PARTIES. it's a simple math equasion; Take what powers Tempus has, all his traits, personality quirqs, then subtract the traits that are like Papyrus'. The remainder should give you a brief idea on who or what did this!

Of course he has traits from his father,they just start showing clearer as he ages,as a baby you can't really see it,
but as he grows you can actually notice a few things if you just pay attention.
For example,Tempus likes chocolate,but Papyrus tries to stay away from sugar for the most part.
Who did he get the sweet tooth from?

I can confirm that in this AU Gaster is not their dad,just used to be great friends with Sans until,void.
Dadster is cute but it's pretty much everywhere,i have to get the AU to stick out you know.

So it IS possible Gaster is doing this as a test... he did use his hand to make the two boys...and since Tempus is 90% skeleton, that means the father must be someone with at least skeleton qualities or even pure skeleton(with minor stuff added...like core AMALGAMATE?!) So..maybe gaster is doing this for multipul reasons:
.Want to see how sans and papyrus handle this situation
.Give them a situation they never handled before(A.K.A raising a child)
. See if Tempus will be imbred since Papyrus is made from a part of Gaster
or
.Just wanted another blood related child...grandchild....(OH GOD HE MUST BE UNCLEGRANDPA D
