...this is incredibly unsettling to look at...I love it though, the style is insanely good and it does bring some things to mind...such as how we all have a masculine and feminine half...sometimes unsettling is good!

my opinion is that you put a bit too much emphasize on the womans ribs ... they looks rather unhealthy ... hag-ish like ... doesnt fit with the angelic image you probably tried to show...

Well, here's my interpretation of it, whether or not it's the same meaning the artist had intended.
It obviously looks like the man is the corrupter in this instance, and the woman is the innocent one.
Now, in my interpretation, the man convinced her to have sex with him, and they now both regret it. See, when two people have sex they each give away a piece of their heart and soul (metaphorically speaking). God made sex as a pure thing, for a married couple, to bind them together in spirit. When a man and a woman are not bound in marriage, and have sex, they are breaking this order and committing a sin.
No matter how much time passes, they are broken-hearted, always remembering, always hurting, and regretting. They have committed this act and are now inseparable.

Oh come on. You're exaggerating! This guy receive a bunch of positive comments, a really big bunch of them, and he deserves them, he's a genius- And he doesn't care about the envious people who say "You suck!", for not saying he won't care of a "I don't like it", plus, I love his art in general, it's just I didn't like this one.
And this is the first comment I've said something 'not positive'. I'm not going to comment "I don't like it!" on the first drawing on paint with a mouse of someone for example.
I just found this drawing disagreeable, I'm not saying it's bad or poor, you can't love every single deviation. You just can't.

It puts a bad taste in my mouth, as well, but not in a bad way.
More to the fact that I can't stand the thought of being one of those two poor beings.
I love the idea and the art, and so I think it's rather worth the small, mental prickling pain it sends up my arms and down my sides in the thought of what they're going through.
This is one of the few pieces that (in my mind) is worth thinking about and putting yourself there. Or rather, all the work by this artist does that to me, haha~

Darn, can't I dislike something in peace? Ok, I guess that's a cool way to put it, I'm glad you like this piece. I won't say ever again my opinion, I'll just nod and say "awesome I love it instant fave", I bet nobody will ask me why I like it!

I don't think you understand, and I'm sorry if I'm irritating you. You don't have to answer my questions--it was just simple curiosity. I didn't say you don't have to voice your opinion, but I honestly think it's very rude to say "I don't like it" and not give anymore thoughts on why / how it irks you or puts that certain taste in your mouth
