I really like this picture and your right something is off about and i think it might be that her breasts are a little to big, so what you end up looking at is the breasts the first time instead of the whole picture. But the symbolism and everything else is totally AMAZING!!!!

The pain and expressions are gripping and very well executed. The only thing that bothers me is the angel's huge breasts. D8 They are unbelievable and unreal and it's distracting to the eye.

Very nice, love the emotion coming from this. I'm not sure if you're going to edit this later, but his arm is a little weird... the way it comes out of hers doesn't really make sense and the folds look a bit strange. Maybe it should continue down the length of the arm and have their hands intertwined or something. Just a suggestion.
Otherwise, I think the lighting is great and the way the rest of their bodies mold together works very well.

The breasts are cartoonishly enlarged and very distracting from any other meanings/intents this piece might have had behind it.

I'm going to have to side with *obakeobake and say that her breasts are so huge they don't even look real. Takes away from the original emotion and kind of makes the focus "oh hay TITTIES".
But the lighting is very nice and I love the textures. The stitching is fantastic. The only other crit I can offer is watch how you do your noses and teeth, the dude looks like he has a pin prick for a nostril and one of those mouth-guards that boxers use.

I know this probably isn't what you meant to convey with this piece, but it brings to mind a female transsexual, judged by the mass of society, or perhaps conservative family. If s/he chooses to fill the role of female, she will do so perfectly, angel to them, though never what s/he really feels inside. If s/he fulfills how s/he truly feels, she will be the devil. And tortured either way.
Aside from my silly interpretation, the lighting here is phenomenal, the expressions are excellent, the idea is amazing, and the technique used in execution is mind-blowing. Need I say more.
